We absolutely LOVE Kara and the team at Bergstrom Chevrolet Appleton. We travel from New Berlin WI specifically to buy from her. I’ve grown up around cars and my Dad was a Ised car dealer back in the day. She is wonderful and always happy to deal with. We will be back.

whoever changes my oil always forgets to reset my oil change sensor (not sure what it is called) I was clear across town when I realized they never reset it after my oil change. Had to come back across town and had to have them fix this. So irritating that this is something that is constantly missed when I go in for oil changes. I even ask the individual taking my information please make sure they reset this. et

I had an appointment to get my turbocharger replaced from some issues I had been having and my check engine light would come on and I would lose power. I had recieved a letter from Chevy about the turbocharger failing and it made me wonder if this was the problem with my Chevy Trax all along. The ran a diagnostic and confirmed it. I also recieved a video and on the video he pointed out that the air cooler lines were leaking. I sent the service adviser a message about it and asked if was covered under my normal warranty. I recieved no response. Then as I looked through the recommendations it showed that I should have the water pump replaced. This was not verbally explained to me. The video also stated that my tires needed to be rotated and balanced. I did not okay the charges for the water pump nor the tires. When I came in to pay my bill and I used my card and was telling the guy that this amount was going to be a hardship on me. He explained that they had a payment plan for repairs. I was SHOCKED. Nobody ever told me this because I would have definately signed up for that. Unfortunately the charges were already put on my Credit Card. I have had other problems with this vehicle in the past and not once was it mentioned about a payment plan. I am a single woman and dont make a lot of money and for me to have to pay such a huge amount has become stressful and a hardship on me. Besides all the problems with billing I feel I could have been told about all the other things and recieved answers to my questions when I ask. Not a happy customer and not sure yet if I plan on coming back.

Sales guys went above and beyond to help us with our dog because we forgot his leash and we were trying to keep him busy. They found us a ball and a temporary leash we could use while we waited for our car to be serviced! Thank you for great service for our car and amazing, unexpected service for our dog! You guys rock!
