Hello, I want to document the great service repair experience I received at Bergstrom Chevy in Appleton, WI from Carlos Anamorado. Carlos fully explained the engine problem with our 2015 Equinox and answered my many many questions about it and also if our warranty coverage would qualify to fix it. Carlos was able to document the problem and submit it to our warranty program and kept me notified in his progress. I am an older gentlemen who likes to ask many questions and likes long explanations over the phone and Carlos was very respectful and patient with me, I highly recommend him in working with other older customers that might appreciate that same kind of treatment. Carlos and his team worked on our vehicle for almost a full week and in the end the warranty covered almost all of the repairs so my wife and I are really happy with the experience and service from Carlos and the crew at Bergstrom Chevy in Appleton. I will recommend Carlos and Bergstrom Chevy to all of my family and friends. Thanks very much!

It was a hot morning and the crew was exceptional ! Andrew took very good care of me ��� checked the car records and talked the service plan over with me. Also with the other people in waiting room.

I'm so thankful for the amazing service team at Appleton Chevy. They are so knowable and caring team. They keep you updated on your car and show you why they are making a recommendation on a your vehicle. Wes is an amazing advisor who really explains what is going on and when your car is going to be done.

The young woman that came out to my car was beyond sweet. She was so kind and upbeat. She asked me after my oil change was done if I would like a car wash. I told her yes. Never did get my car washed. I went in to ask them about the wash and nobody was behind the counter. I got home and counted my change that was given back to me after paying for the oil change and they had short changed me. It wasn't by much but I feel like the service at Bergstrom is really going downhill

Andrew greeted me immediately, explained the process and due to their busy morning, there may be a wait time. Once seated in the waiting area, the service department moved quickly and my vehicle was completed right away. The technician clearly explained everything to me and I was off to work in no time at all.

Didn't have appointment and they helped me..was nervous adout a tire the looked at.fixed .made me feel good not stupid about the situation

Service was ready when I arrived, work was completed inside the time frame they told me. My vehicle was washed after the service. Overall great job.

Everything was good, other than tires were not inflated and car was not washed.

Replaced power window motor.

Several items like cabin air filter and the K&N engine were marked as needing service. I changed the cabin filter two days earlier and the engine K&N filter was cleaned also. I was really unhappy about the payment procedure with the phone app. If this phone payment continues I won`t be back.
