I was disappointed in the way the advisor (Wes) treated me. Maybe it was due to the item being replaced was under warranty..but still unacceptable. I was constantly called my husbands name instead of my own, I was not given any paperwork after the job was completed.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted, asked if we wanted anything to drink, and felt like they really cared and we were not getting the "run around".

Great friendly service

An oil change took nearly two hours should never be that long regardless of how busy it is as I have an appointment. What���s the point of an appointment if I can get my vehicle serviced right away? I also got a text saying that my truck was in the car was but from where I was at in the waiting room I could see my truck and saw that it sat around doing nothing for 15 minutes before going to get a car wash.

My vehicle started having the same issue i had after a repair I had done in oshkosh after about a month. I called appleton, as it's closer.to where I work. I explained my situation and stated that I had the work done in Oshkosh but wanted to bring the vehicle to appleton. The woman I spoke with set up my appointment and after dropping off I received a call telling me that I should take it back to Oshkosh where the initial service was performed. I was upset that I had explained the situation to the woman who booked me in Appleton and she did not tell me that and was frustrated. After explaining my frustration, Carlos in Appleton did an amazing job, taking care of my vehicle in Appleton. He was friendly and professional, unlike the service I received in Oshkosh.

Everything was efficent from the check in to picking up the car at the expected time. Great team!

Very polite and did a great job finding the problem, just a bit pricey on diagnostics.

Always a positive experience with Wes and Stephen. Thet know their stuff. Prices are way too high though.

Taking 2 hours to tell me my tires could not be repaired and do an oil change is unacceptable. Wes however, did make sure that I was able to get my meetings done that came up due to me being stuck at the dealership so long.

Enjoyed my visit to Appleton Bergstrom. Drove Traverse, and loved driving vehicle. Felt so comfortable. Bigger than my previous vehicle. Check out went well. Technicians told me how everything worked, and on my way.
