Confirmed Service Customer
The team did a good job. However, my scheduling experience was NOT good. I scheduled online for Chevy on College as I always have with my Chevy. I arrived and they told me they didn’t have my appointment and then found it and said that they are having the express lube do oil changes. I went to the express lube and they didn’t have my information and I had to give it to them once again. There was no one in line, a full crew, and I waited for almost 10 minutes before they began to service my vehicle. Now it’s not on the team but the process, and it was the worse ever. I am a Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer and in all my years of dealing with Bergstrom, this was the worse customer experience.
