Glove box was not put back in after 4 hours of service, they also did not take the radio out of demo mode or explain it to me. It wasn't until I got to MI and realized and spoke to a sales man at that location. The service manager did call me back. I got the radio fixed myself along with figuring out how to put my glove box back in so I didn't break it or have the papers all over my vehicle. Very disappointed that a check wasn't done before they actually gave me my car.

Seamless process (booking online, drop off and pickup)

I had a great experience, staff was very friendly and helpful even though I was 10 minutes late for appointment. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I booked online from a coupon email I received. Tire rotation and oil change $80. My receipt did not reflect the savings.

I needed a headlight bulb replaced on my 2019 Traverse. It took just under 5 hrs and I did not expect it to be that long. I requested the apt a day before and upon arrival and quick assessment I was told they did not have the Bulb instock so it would take 2-3 days to receive then rescedual for the replacement. An after market bulb from a local parts dealer was suggested so I agreed to have that installed instead. upon arrival it was discovered that it would not fit. I was then told they had found an "OEM" bulb and were shipping it to the current location. It was installed and I was on my way. I think a Main Dealer/service location should have simple parts like standard headlight bulbs in-stock. It should not take almost 5 hrs. With all the vehicles I have owned and the 5 Service visits over the years I have never had a good/smooth experience.

I think I'm being generous giving a three star rating. I have no issue with the guys in the shop. They did a great job. The communication was awesome and they got the work done quickly. Where I have heartburn is the parts. I can't believe a GM dealership, especially the size of Bergstrom, is using AFTERMARKET parts! One of the main reasons I have my vehicles repaired at a dealership is the expectation the work will be done using OEM parts. I can't tell you how disappointed I was to get a phone telling me you have my fuel tank laying on the shop floor, don't have an OEM fuel pump, but can install an AFTERMARKET pump instead! At that point, what choice do I have? You shouldn't have started the job if you didn't have the parts to fix it. And to add insult to injury, you charged me $565 for a part I can get at NAPA for $350. I get you need to make some money on the parts, but c'mon, that markup is outrageous! I've always trusted Bergstrom, but you've lost that trust. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The oil change and tire rotation went fine. while at the dealership I wanted to look at some new vehicles, but there are hardly any on the lot. that makes it difficult to browse and see what the new vehicles are all about and the different options available

I went in for an oil change and what I like best is they go over with me what will need to be looked at or changed or fixed at my next oil change so that I can plan ahead they listen to me when I ask them questions about things and give me very good easy to understand answers

ALWAYS EXCELLENT

Came to you for an oil change and I remembered that I thought the tires should be rotated. Didn’t understand the pressure sensors were working when I came in and were bad after rotation. Now I need another appointment and and 130.00 to fix what wasn’t broken when I came for service. Just wanted to use this opportunity to vent my frustration. It’s like every visit to service becomes more than expected. Now not sure where I should take the truck to get this fixed to avoid more problems.

Stephen was awesome to work with! He was transparent and informative about options and was patient allowing me to think through my decision. He was also available after with any questions that came up!

didn't even ask me if i wanted the new 0-40 oil that is now recommended by GM. they just put it in and charged me like $75 more for my oil change. when i questioned my bill he said i had to get that oil now per GM. Is that true.

I got lucky the day I had my oil change- got in right away- my only suggestion is more of a detail-after testing my rear windsheild wipers- it left cleaner all over the rear gate of my vehicle. I declined the car wash before i saw that. pay attention to detail. It should have been wiped off so it didnt sit on the paint job. The price is getting pretty high- not sure if I can afford to do this at the dealership after waurentee is up.

It took longer than expected. After calling to see my car status, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. This has happened several times. I’m sick of Jordan Love telling me that someone will be right with me. The saving grace was Jacob. A very courteous service rep who took care of me and made me forget my waiting problem. Give that man a raise!

I arrived for 1:30 appointment to have my battery replaced and it was finished at 2:00. Craig was very efficient, professional, and courteous. I feel the 3% charge to use my Visa was disappointing. Just charge more at the top for the service so that the fee doesn’t have to be applied. Bergstroms is too prestigious a corporation to be disappointing its customers with this fee.

Charlie Asman took care of my issue. I got a golfcart ride to look at some vehicles and got a free soda and cookie !

Came in for new tires. Everything was great till I got home. Realized the white walls were put out. And then realized I wasn't given my $50 gas card. Went back. Asked why I wasn't asked my preference. Was told mistakes happen. This paired with several past issues. Im done getting service and vehicles with bergstrom.

Told me all fluids were good except the windshield washer fluid and they said they filled it up but never did.

We had an 11:00 am appointment which we were told would take about 2 hours. It took almost 5 hours! We live in Shawano and had no vehicle to use so had to depend on a friend to drive around for our errands. I understand that you were running behind but maybe you should have not overbooked. We have always been very satisfied with Bergstroms service but this was very inconvient.

Good job on the oil change. Got me in and out. My only complaint was that they opened the glove box to check the cabin air filter and they dumped a bunch of stuff on the floor and didn’t pick it up

Took a week to get a loaner, nobody answered the service phone several times, customer service was terrible, 2nd car I bought from Bergstrom and the last, manager tried to make it better, but damage was done

I don’t think now would be a good time for me to do a survey regarding anything to do with Chevrolet. Overall Bergstrom service did a good job. However your estimates to do the work needed are outrageous and your charges for the partial work were ridiculous. Add to that the fee you added to the towing bill(actual cost was $300 and you marked it up to $430?) was a bit of taking advantage of me. But aside from paying $2000 for diagnostics and some disassembly, what really frustrates me is that a well cared for truck with only 80,000 miles has a known failure of GM’s design, and there is zero accountability from Chevrolet. In stead I’m told that’s just the way it is and you probably shouldn’t keep it that long anyway. 80,000 miles. Only 80,000 miles and I have to replace the engine if I want some sense of feeling like I have a reliable vehicle. I am curious to see if anyone reads this and actually does something about it.

It was a very good experience

I had an 845 am appointment to receive 4 new tires, no alignment. When scheduling this I was told 1.5 hrs. At drop off, I was told 3 hrs to possible early afternoon ready time. Which made me wonder why? What was the purpose of my 845am appointment? I received no updates while my vechile was “in-service”, I called to check in on my vechile at 12:45pm (3 hrs after my appt time). At that point Jacob told me my vehicle hadn’t even been started yet and would be a bit yet. This is unacceptable; I appropriately scheduled this appointment to allow school drop off and plenty of time for my car to be complete to be picked up and get my children after school. Jacob proceeded to tell me he would see if he could get it moved up & see if he could have it ready for 2:00pm pick up; which I told him was cutting it very close for me. I did not receive a call back to know if this speed up was in process. I called back again 1:40pm; in which Jacob stated he had “found a technician and had him jump on my tires right away”, it was ready for pick up. I arrived at 2:00 pm to pick up my vehicle and checked out with Jacob. Upon walking to my vechile; I noticed my rims were never wiped clean of the grease/residue from putting the new tires on. Super disappointed in the overall service. The purpose of an appointment is to be serviced at that time. I had no alignment scheduled; my tire appointment could have easily been an hour at most.

This was my first service visit to this Bergstrom location and I was treated with super service. I am from Sturgeon Bay and was not real thrilled on traveling all the way to Appleton for my first maintenance visit, but after going there I would definitely return. Everyone was very friendly and it was a wonderful experience!

The part replacement was fine. At check out I asked to utilize my GM Reward points - instead my credit card was charged and a 3% fee was added for the entire charge

Service consultant Stephen Littrell He took care of me like this brother he treated me like a person not a number and watch my truck like he own it. The engine Tech did excellent job to get me back on the road.

Charged 4 rotation of tires even though 1 has a nail and is unpatchable. I will now need to buy at least 2 tires now anyway. Should not have went through with this service or checked with me. Computer for oil percentage wasn't reset either.

Tonya was wonderful from start to finish. I loved that I was able to begin the purchase online and finish everything (other than signing and picking up the truck) from the comfort of my own home. Tonya was prompt and clear with her communication, making the entire process pain free.

I went to Bergstrom's to try out another vehicle. This was my 5th and last tryout, as I purchased a 2025 TRAX that day. I met with Shawn, and he spent quite a long time with me, explaining all the features and the dashboard. Shawn exerted very little pressure to buy and was easy to work with to make my decision. I couldn't believe the low price on the TRAX, and Shawn got me every discount he could get. Would I recommend Bergstrom's to friends and family -- you bet! Everybody was very nice when setting up the appt and dropping off for service, but performance was lacking. I had to call 2-3 time in order to get the confirmation that you had the part for my truck in stock. That was a little frustrating. When the truck was in for the service I saw the report from the service tech and I did have some other maintenance repairs offered but with the timeframe I had I couldn't get it done. It took quite a while for me to get a response from the tech so I had to call the dealership which took over 20 minutes on the phone to decline the added work and finish my truck for pick up. The ride back was another delay. When requesting the ride back on your app it gave me a time that the driver would be there but when that time came and went I reached out to the number given and had to leave a voice message. Called the dealership, again, and it didn't should like the person even left yet. My ride back was over a half hour late picking me up.

Car wash detail left marks on truck. One of the complaints was right blinker light coming on. . . came on on the way home and now have to take it back in.

My sales lady, Sherry Fleming was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she walked me through the complete process of setting up the new truck and coordinate the return trip for the accessory's installations.

The servicing itself was fine but the lack of communication was shocking. I took my car in Monday at my appointment time (2:45) I was told I'd get the diagnosis after 2 hours and know if they'd keep my car overnight. They didnt reach out to me at all. I called at 5:00 pm no one answered, I called at 5:10pm and was on hold for 3 rounds. Finally someone picked up and let me know they needed to keep my car overnight. The next day I got the inspection results and approved of repairs. I was not told that one repair would result in my car being kept for a week (at least) when I accepted. My repairs were not acknowledged. I called 5 hours after I accepted repairs and was told my car was being worked on I would hear back in the evening with news. I was not contacted after that. Wednesday morning I call, still unaware they had the intention of keeping my car for a week and finally someone, who was not my advisor, told me the part had a week lead time. I asked for loaner car and was told those get scheduled 3 weeks out. I was very upset at this information since I had no idea at this point they were keeping my car that long. I would not have approved of repair at that time had I known. Then to not be guaranteed a car when theyre keeping it so long. They eventually got me a loaner car. I would follow up by text and often not get a response. I finally called again after not having my messages responded to, now a week and 2 days after I dropped it off and they said it would be ready in the evening. I never got the message that my car was ready or to pay online. They asked me to come back after some miles to finish the diagnosis of I leak that I have but I will not be returning to this location.

All the work on my car was completed satisfactorily, and my questions answered. I much appreciated the courtesy of a ride home from Bergstrom, and then picked up when my car was ready.

Carlos was a pleasure to work with. He remained in regular communication with status updates and time frames needed for completion of service on my vehicle. My wife and I were getting ready to leave for Arizona and I brought my car in and the Bergstrom team did an excellent job. They changed the oil rotated the tires checked all the fluids and even checked windshield wipers. They were very thorough and efficient.

Typical oil change no problems with that, but when they did the inspection they missed a burnt out head light and when I said something about it I was told that they probably didn’t have any in stock.

Besides the long wait I was pretty much satisfied with the service. The thing that really kind of disappointed me was that they threw away $84:00 worth of new wipers away that were only one month old. I think it would be nice if they could ask about things like this before they throw or change things.

I usually am very happy and give a 5 star after your service. This time however I found lug nuts loose on 2 tires and had to tighten them myself. Not good.

I arrived extra early (12:15 for a 1:30 appointment) because I needed anew battery installation and I was afraid that if I turned my car off it wouldn't start again. The unfortunate thing that happened was that my driver that was selected to take me back hom never showed up so I sat ther till my car was done at 3:15. I am not angry about it but I think you need the information so you can discover what the miscommunication was so it doesn't happen again.

Not much to tell just had a overpriced oil change and tire rotation.

I understand you tried but you failed to fix the problem, changed your explanations, and gaslighted. My car continues to receive error messages and has problems. I have photos and timestamps documenting the co tinued issue. The onstar problem came back after the dealer released the vehicle. And my emails are ignored by the service manager.

Service group was very responsive and tried to help resolve my issue. The issue wasn't resolved as the Team couldn't find any faults and couldn't replicate the trouble i had expeirenced. This vehicle has a history of troubles that randomly happen. Design issues ?? Erik and Steven were very helpful in trying to get my issue resolved.

The staff was very cordial and friendly with service being completed quickly! Prices for oil change and tire rotation are getting too high (even with coupon) so I will have to consider other options for the next time.

Bergstrom assisted me with my vehicle longevity strategy which is greatly appreciated. They recommended an array of maintenance items totaling close to $5,000 and I made the decision to commit with the thought in mind that this vehicle will take me from its current 150,000 miles to 250,000 miles over the next five years. The day of maintenance went well. They welcomed me early, provided a loaner vehicle for the day (a nice new Silverado) and kept me well informed during the extensive maintenance. At the end of the day, I departed the dealership in my seemingly "new" 2017 Silverado and felt safe and comfortable. Early the next morning, I was happily engaged in a 400 mile roadtrip which went flawlessly. Thank you~!

The experience I had was great. Kara was great as always, she helped my girlfriend find her new Equinox extremely fast after an accident she had and got her back on the road in no time! About a month later when I was in need of a new truck I knew who to call, Kara! She explained all my options very well and got me in a new Chevy Colorado in no time at all.
